Uomagrit Oy ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Uomagrit Loop application ("Service"). This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your data when you use our multi-platform social media scheduling and analytics management tool.
1. Information We Collect Across Platforms
We collect information necessary to provide content publishing, scheduling, and analytics services across all supported platforms (TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook):
- Account & Authentication Information: When you register for Uomagrit Loop, we store your email address, display name, and unique authentication identifier (via Firebase Authentication).
- Social Media Connections (OAuth Data): When you connect your TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook account, we receive OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, platform user/page IDs, and account names.
- Content & Media Files: Images, videos, captions, scheduling preferences, and first comments that you upload to create or schedule posts.
- Analytics & Metrics Data: Performance indicators for your published posts (such as view counts, likes, comments, shares, engagement rate, and historical performance) retrieved via official third-party APIs.
2. How We Use Data per Platform
We strictly adhere to official API terms for all integrated platforms. Data obtained through third-party APIs is used solely to provide our core services:
A. TikTok API Data
Used to authenticate your account via TikTok Login Kit, upload and publish video content directly to your TikTok profile using Content Posting API (FILE_UPLOAD direct post), and fetch video view counts and engagement metrics.
B. Instagram Graph API Data
Used to publish Instagram Reels and Feed posts, manage scheduled posts, and aggregate profile reach, interactions, and media metrics.
C. Facebook Graph API Data
Used to publish video/image posts to Facebook Pages, handle first-comment additions, and fetch page impression analytics.
We do NOT sell, rent, trade, or share your social media access tokens or analytics data with any third parties or advertising networks.
3. Data Security & Storage
Security is paramount to our service architecture:
- All OAuth tokens and user data are stored securely using Google Firebase Cloud Firestore with strict user-level access security rules.
- Access tokens are never exposed publicly or sent to client-side scripts of other users.
- All communication between your browser, Uomagrit Loop servers, and third-party APIs is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols.
4. Data Retention & Deletion Instructions
You maintain complete ownership and control over your connected accounts and data:
- Disconnecting Channels: You can disconnect any social media profile at any time via the Channels page in your dashboard. Disconnecting a channel immediately deletes all stored OAuth tokens for that platform from our database.
- Account & Data Deletion Requests: To request complete deletion of your Uomagrit Loop account and all associated data, you can submit a request via our Contact Support Form. We will process your request within 7 business days.
- Revoking Access via Third-Party Platforms:You may also revoke Uomagrit Loop's permissions directly inside your platform settings (e.g. TikTok Security Settings or Facebook Business Integrations).
