Welcome to Uomagrit Loop, operated by Uomagrit Oy ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our application, software, and services (collectively, the "Service").
1. Agreement & License Grant
By creating an account or using Uomagrit Loop, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Uomagrit Oy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for managing your social media channels.
2. User Responsibility & Verification
Uomagrit Loop is an automated facilitation tool designed to assist with scheduling and publishing. You, the user, maintain sole and complete responsibility for:
- Verifying that your scheduled posts publish correctly on target platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
- Ensuring that data, images, videos, captions, and account tokens transfer and synchronize properly between connected tools and platforms.
- Monitoring your social accounts to confirm publication timing and accuracy.
3. Strict Zero-Liability Clause (0 EUR Financial Risk)
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Uomagrit Oy, its officers, employees, and suppliers bear ABSOLUTELY ZERO FINANCIAL LIABILITY (0 EUR) for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
This zero-liability restriction applies without limitation to:
- Failed, delayed, corrupted, deleted, or unposted social media content.
- API outages, changes, or rejections from third-party networks (TikTok, Meta, etc.).
- Loss of business, revenue, follower metrics, engagement, or commercial opportunities.
- Any software errors, technical bugs, database downtime, or synchronization issues.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue using Uomagrit Loop.
4. Third-Party Platforms & AI Compliance
By connecting your social accounts, you warrant that you possess all necessary rights for uploaded content and agree to comply with third-party platform rules. You must accurately mark AI-generated content (using the is_aigc feature) where required by platform regulations.
